WALTHAM, Mass. – Nov. 1, 2018 – Today, Lionbridge, one of the world’s most trusted communications platforms, announced the appointment of Peter Schramme to managing director of Lionbridge EMEA.
Schramme will lead Lionbridge’s localization business across EMEA. His appointment represents a continuation of Lionbridge’s new brand strategy and overall simplification of its business.

Schramme brings an innovative spirit to the Lionbridge family, having started his career as a research and development engineer in electronics and digital imaging at Agfa-Gevaert N.V. Since then, he has held multiple leadership positions, including CEO of an investment and wealth management software business, head of wealth management EMEA at Thomson Reuters, and most recently, chief business development officer and CEO of U.K. and international business at ObjectWay, a financial software company.
